NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Pine Hill Municipal Utilities Authority (“PHMUA”) up to 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at which time the bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents announced for the following:
PHMUA SPECIAL CONFLICT COUNSEL
The Request for Bids documents may be examined and/or obtained from the
Pine Hill Municipal Utilities Authority Administrative Office,
907 Turnerville Road, Pine Hill, NJ, during regular business hours. Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed. In the case of mailed bids, the Authority assumes no responsibility for bids received after the designated time and date; any late bids will be returned to the Bidder unopened. This Request for Bids is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
